The first interview is a 30-minute video call with our Talent member. We’ll chat about Foundry, share insights into our culture, and learn more about your background. Feel free to ask any questions you might have along the way. We’ll also ask some questions on core skills associated with our Foundry Values, covering listening, problem-solving, and innovation.
You'll be given a take-home task and if successful, you'll be invited to a technical interview. If unsuccessful, we'll share feedback to support ongoing development.
We'll schedule a technical interview with the hiring manager in which there will be questions relating to your task, as well as your experience and recent projects. You'll also be asked questions on more of the core skills associated with our values, this time relating to planning, collaboration, and ownership.
Depending on the role, we might add an additional interview. Typically this is conducted by peers or stakeholders that you would be working closely with.
Following the interview, a member of our Talent team will contact you to discuss your interview experience and answer any questions. If successful, we’ll make an offer, followed closely by a confirmation email with the details. After that, we'll gather the necessary information to prepare the contract. If unsuccessful, we’ll provide you with clear, constructive feedback.
